1. Service Description

Voyagia ("Service") is a travel planning and organization platform operated by Voyagia ("we", "us", "our"). The Service allows users to import, organize, and manage travel itineraries across web and mobile platforms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Voyagia offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription with additional capabilities. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the prices displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through Stripe (web) or through Apple App Store / Google Play Store (mobile).

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No payment information is required for the trial.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. For mobile subscriptions, cancellation and refunds are managed through the respective app store.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including trip data, documents, and images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., parsing emails, generating documents).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
